Starting the week of January 28th, conditioning for Baseball/Softball will take place as follows:
Baseball: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. 230-5pm.
Softball: Tuesdays and Thursdays. 230-430pm
Please bring proper equipment for inside or outside practice!! Soft Shoes for inside. Cleats and warm gear for outside!
Weather permitting we will be outside as much as possible. Unless its raining or freezing we will be outside!!!
